Uckfield Carnival Participation
Category: Announcement, Dates , August 13, 2007 , trackbackThe Uckfield carnival is fast approaching, and we’re looking to get as many of the teams participating on the night as we can. We have a float as per usual and this year it’s an African theme.
I believe that our team will be able to be on the float again as they were last year as we’re still in the second youngest group. I’ve attached a letter which gives more details, which includes a form to complete and send back if you want your child to take part. Last year, the float finished back at Bellbrook at about 10:30pm but there’s the option to pick up earlier when the procession pauses at Manor Park. Click here to access the letter and form.
As I need to know approximate numbers, please could you let me know initially by email or phone whether you’d like to take part - you can then follow up with the form.
Despite the bad weather last year, it was great fun, and it would be great to have another good turn out. If you have any questions, just let me know, and I’ll try my best to answer them!
