Due to restrictions on the number of players we are able to register for the Sussex Sixes tournament this Sunday, we are forced to name only 8 boys per team. If your name doesn’t appear on the list below, we still hope you will come along and support the Eagles and Hawks!

Grasshoppers Tournament - 15th July

Just to confirm that we now have the 2 teams organised for Sunday 15th July (start-time 2pm). This involves 16 of the boys from Eagles and Hawks since we could only put forward 2 teams of 8. For those not taking part, it would be great to have your support on the day. It is taking part at the UCTC playing fields. You will be directed where to park by attendants on the day.

Sportsmanship Awards 2007

For those of you who haven’t yet heard, Eagles and Hawks won the above Crowborough and District League award for the under 7s category. I have the plaque and will get it engraved soon. The award is voted for by all the clubs in the league, and it not only encompasses sportmanship but also factors such as how friendly we were to visiting teams, facilities, administration etc.

Sussex Sixes Tournament 15th July

Hi all.

We have now had details confirmed for our club’s own tournament, which runs from 14th-15th July. We’ll be playing on the Sunday from 2pm, and not on the Saturday as first thought. This will involve Eagles and Hawks playing another 3-4 teams from other clubs.
