Awards day on Sunday 20th May

Just to confirm that you need to arrive at St Philips by 10:30am, as the boys will combine with the under 6s and play a mini tournament. They’ll be presented with their medals after that. As usual there will be a BBQ, drinks etc. Please note that you must purchase a ticket for the barbecue. It’s free for the players but please note that one must still be requested; for non-players it’s £1 for under 15s and £3 for adults. The link that follows gives more details. Coaching this Saturday (5th May) as normal + Update on Crowborough Tournament next week

Coaching as normal this weekend, although that will be the last one this season.

Just to remind everyone, next week (12th May) is the Crowborough Athletic Tournament for which we’ve put in two teams. Inevitably, as there is a maximum number per side Jonathan and myself will be putting forward the names of the boys we’d like to represent the under 7’s, which of course will depend on the boys being available. Because it’s a tournament we will be putting forward as strong a side as we can, as that is what the other clubs entering will do. Although this means that some boys will be disappointed I would encourage those not picked to come along and support the others. There will be BBQ, drinks, coffee, cakes etc at the event, so weather permitting, it should be fun for all!
