Permanent Storage needed - can you help?

The club needs to find a new permanent storage area for banners and other equipment we use on occasions through the year e.g. Uckfield carnival.
We need no more than a single garage type of size but could manage with less. The club would of course pay an ongoing rental fee as needed.
Spare agricultural storage or similar or a cheap lock-up would be ideal though not the only solution.
